We were so excited to be featured in the Guardian's article about the rise of  alternative ice cream and them hitting the mainstream.  Our founder Cecily was quoted as saying sales were "booming" as eating plant-based products became “more and more normal”. “It is a trend but it is also becoming part of our daily lives,” said Cecily Mills, the company founder. Cecily also spoke about freezer snacking and the growing number of people working from home.
