Snickers cheesecake with Cecily's Pure Caramel ice cream

These are just epic - and so super tasty. We have used our Pure Caramel flavoured ice cream but any flavour would be delicious.

To make this you need:
1️⃣ - Shortcrust⁣⁣
🌟Blend 1 cup of blended oats (oat flour), 1/3 cup of smooth peanut butter and 2 tbsps of maple syrup⁣⁣
🌟Press into the bottom of a lined loaf tin and freeze for at least 30 mins ⁣⁣

2️⃣ - Cecily's Pure Caramel Ice Cream⁣⁣
🌟 Evenly spread 1 tub Pure Caramel ice cream ⁣⁣
🌟 Freeze for 2 hours ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3️⃣ - Caramel ⁣⁣
🌟 Mix 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 cup of maple syrup, 1 tsp maca powder powder (for added caramel taste) or sub for sugar, 1 tsp of sea salt and 1 tbsp of plant milk⁣⁣
🌟 Spread evenly on top of the ice cream layer and freeze again for at least 1 hour or until it has set ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
4️⃣ - Chocolate ⁣⁣
🌟 Melt 200g of dark chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil and pour onto the caramel layer⁣⁣
🌟 Top with roasted peanuts before a final freeze for at least 4 hours ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
🤎 Slice into 6-7 pieces, drizzle with some more peanut butter and ENJOY 🤩
